Returns (60-Day Window)
You may request a return within 60 days of the purchase date by contacting us at info@rovvyl.com.
All return requests must be approved by our support team before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or processed.
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the correct return instructions and address.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after the returned item(s) are received and inspected at our return facility.
Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging when applicable.
- We reserve the right to deny refunds for items that are used, damaged, or not returned in acceptable condition.
- Returns sent without prior approval or to an incorrect address will not be eligible for a refund.
Important Return Requirements

- The correct return address must be confirmed by email before shipping.
- Rovvyl is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
Product Use & Results Disclaimer
We recommend consistent use of the product for 15 minutes daily over 30–60 days for best results.
Individual results may vary. Lack of perceived improvement does not automatically qualify as a defect or grounds for refund outside of this policy.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@rovvyl.com with:
- Subject line: Damaged or Defective Product
- Order number
- Full name
- Photo or video evidence of the issue
- Contact email
If approved, we will provide a replacement or appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Situations
We do not offer refunds or returns for:
- Sizing issues, due to clear sizing information provided at checkout.
- Medical or health-related conditions, as disclosed during the sales process.
- Hygiene-sensitive products (where applicable), due to safety regulations.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting info@rovvyl.com.
After 24 hours, orders are typically processed and cannot be modified or canceled. If already shipped, the item must follow the standard return process.
Shipping Disclaimer
Rovvyl is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers.
- Packages marked as delivered but reported missing or stolen.
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate at checkout.
