Shipping policy

At Rovvyl, we are proud to offer worldwide shipping on most orders.

We also offer free shipping on eligible orders, subject to promotional availability and minimum order thresholds where applicable.

Processing Time

All orders require 1–2 business days for processing after payment confirmation, regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • In some cases, processing may require an additional 1–2 business days for address verification or order review.

Once your order is placed, you will receive:

  1. An order confirmation email.
  2. A shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to activate.


Shipping Times (After Dispatch)

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International Orders: 7–12 business days

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other external factors beyond our control.

We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even when expedited shipping is selected.


Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email address.

Please allow 1–4 business days for tracking updates to appear. In rare cases, tracking may not update consistently, but your order is still in transit and will be delivered.

If you experience tracking issues, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly before reaching out to our support team.


Shipping Responsibility

Rovvyl is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers.
  • Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.
  • Delivery issues resulting from incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

Because orders are processed quickly, there is only a limited window to request address changes or cancellations. If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately at:

We cannot guarantee modifications once an order has entered fulfillment.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may either:

  • Reship the order at the customer’s expense, or
  • Issue a refund once the package is returned and received.

International Duties & Taxes

International orders (outside the United States) are shipped DDU (Duties and Taxes Unpaid).

This means:

  • Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.
  • Fees are collected by your local customs authority or shipping carrier upon delivery.

We recommend contacting your local customs office for additional information regarding potential charges.
